Most people are given nutrition advice that doesn’t fully fit their health.

If you’ve been dealing with ongoing symptoms, confusing recommendations, or feel like something isn’t improving despite your efforts—you’re not alone.

Many people reach a point where standard approaches don’t provide clear answers or a sustainable path forward.

My path into this work started with my own health challenges.

For years, I experienced chronic pain, inflammation, digestive issues, fatigue, and brain fog. While some treatments helped temporarily, they didn’t address the bigger picture of what was driving those symptoms.

Through advanced nutrition and functional medicine training, I began to understand how factors like metabolism, inflammation, and lifestyle patterns interact—and how they can be addressed more effectively with the right approach.

That shift—from managing symptoms to understanding how the body functions as a whole—was foundational.

Nutrition Decode was built on a simple principle:

When you understand what’s driving your health, you can make more effective and sustainable changes.

My approach focuses on:

  • Evidence-based nutrition therapy

  • Metabolic health and disease prevention

  • Interpreting labs and health patterns

  • Practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies

The goal is not just to give advice—but to provide a clear, structured plan you can actually follow.

This work is designed for individuals who:

  • Have been diagnosed with prediabetes, high cholesterol, or other metabolic concerns

  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition information

  • Want a personalized, science-based approach

  • Are looking for long-term solutions—not quick fixes
